• At this time, LuxSugar Bakery ships merchandise to locations within the United States but not to other international locations.  The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  LuxSugar Bakery is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. After the first delivery attempt, we are not responsible if the recipient is unavailable and the package or its contents are lost, damaged, or melted after delivered.
